All of the work pictured on this site is designed and lovingly hand-created by me (Alison Ellis) in my Eastern NC Stained Glass Studio. ---Occasionally with the help of a part-time assistant.
Every one of my pieces is guaranteed to meet the highest standards for Stained Glass Craftsmanship as established by the S.G.A.A, and is therefore warranted against defects in workmanship for the life of the purchaser.
I also just plain guarantee that you will be happy with my stained glass designs!!
If for any reason you (or the recipient if your purchase is a gift) are not 100% satisfied with my work, please return it within 30 days of receipt - in it's original packing if possible - and I will either create a new piece for you or issue you a full refund of the purchase price.
!!NOTE: This warranty cannot, of course, include coverage for broken glass and/or other damage caused by the dropping or falling of a piece once it is shipped & safely delivered. Nor by any impact to the piece after received/installed. Such as may be caused by: baseballs, bullets, tree limbs, humans, animals, hurricanes....etc.....you get the idea. :-)
All orders are shipped with insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused in shipping (we pack everything very carefully) I will handle the claim with the shipper, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. (Be sure to contact me ASAP if you suspect shipping damage.)
